-kicked it with miles and ck
-met teo, zach, and timmy in the marina
-just chilled at night

saturday
-yee, it was my birthday
-and the bruce mahoney, but who fucking cares about that shit
-went to miles house and chilled
-met up with philip, jacob, and dylan
-went to haight to get a t-shirt
-then to bloomingdales for popcorn
-then a party and a ridiculously long wait to get home

-a lot of chilling and kicking during the whole weekend
-i was down with it, some fun times and funny ass moments
-i should start taking pictures again, shit this blog is getting boring

leader trick star/thomas new bike day

-i'm pretty sure most of you know the leader trick frame, its been out for some time now
-i've been considering the frame now over my brusier
-before you go up and arms about this, the brusier is really fun and i do love the frame
-but recently, ive been yearning for a track bike look and feel
-i have to travel on my bike alot around the city since i live in the sunset which is basically disconnected to the other parts and riding with the brusier aint an easy thing to do
-at times it's really sluggish
-and tricking wise, it is hard as shit to pop up, you can ask anyone who has tried my bike
-its something that you have to get use to
-i've been talking to a couple of homies about this, this week and most of em agree with me
-the trickstar seems like a better bike for riding and tricking and the fact that it doesn't look like a fucking tank has its bonus
-i am 50/50 on pulling the trigger on selling my frame for the leader frame
-but i don't know yet, we'll see
-one things for sure i am keeping the brusier fork and putting it on the leader if i do go with it
-the above picture is from trick track, drews 61cm frame with the brusier fork
-he too had been riding a brusier before he got that, i pmed him and am going to ask for his opinion the riding differences of the frames

-hung out with thomas wing today
-he finally lost his gnar bike virginity
-got himself a cutter
-don't worry, the wheels are only there until he can get his chukker/profile build
-he's been having quite some fun with it


-one problem he had was the chainring, it ain't spline
-the homies at freewheel came up with a solution to it that i have never seen
-they counter sunk a bolt on it, we'll see how this holds up but so far so good
-travis and dustin loves their coffee


-crookers!
-they have a new album coming up in 144 days, so long away!
-but every month these will be releasing one song for all of you
-for the month of novemeber, its their new song no security
-ok, i love the crookers, but they are really werid
-and it seems like they are trying out a new style and it is borderline dubstep
-this is kind of dissappointing to me cuz i wish they would make songs that get you pumped
-i personally dont want any of this hipter dupstep shit

it's been a while

-so i took a 2 week break from tricking since i had "hit a brick wall" in my riding and i dunno i haven't been too motivated to ride or anything
-rode around the rec center for a bit today and shits better now, i can feel it
-breaks feel good, and it feels even better getting back on the bike after a while
-fixed gears are still important to my life, but i feel like my interest is slowly dying
-don't get me wrong, im still gonna ride the hell out of my bike, but it just won't be the same
-all i have to say is ride your bike to have fun, that's all there is to it, fuck everything else
-let's see what the weekend is about to stir up
-damn how i miss the last weekend, i don't think anythings going to be as good as halloween for a while
-oh how i hate mondays, especially since today has been a really hot day

-ok, i think the best halloween costume award goes to jillian
-she showed me yesterday that she went as a cholo for halloween
-funniest fucking shit ever
-there isn't anything in the world that could top this!! lol
